PARENTS: PLEASE USE THIS FORM TO CANCEL YOUR CHILD'S LESSON AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE

​​We know things come up, but please bear in mind when canceling a lesson that your volunteers and horse are ready and waiting for you.

If you are unable to make your time slot, we ask that you notify us through this online Student Cancellation Form or, if it is within 48 hours of your class time, please call (530) 598-9405.

Thank you in advance for giving us as much notice as possible should you either be late or not able to come at all on a particular date. We love hearing from you in advance!
